It never ceases to amaze me the lengths puppy farmers will go to in an attempt to save their business. They are terrified that the public might just see the truth in what really goes on behind the pet shop windows and the glossy web sites. Our photos are the pictures the puppy farmers dont want you to see.
Rutland Manor has been pimping dogs for years, debarking their breeding dogs in 2004 and then again in 2009. Selling pound dog puppies for thousands of dollars, locking females dogs with males only weeks after they have weaned their pups to start the cycle again.
We now hear that Beverley has hired a “spin doctor” (who resides in USA and has just paid for one of Kirstie’s puppies) to give her credibility who has written from America ”we have to market Beverley as a sweet lady just trying to do good”.
And what about Rutlands Shania, 7 litters back to back, mastectomy surgery, who will buy her current puppies and contribute to Shania’s abuse and continue this ongoing cycle of greed and cruelty?
Thankfully the majority havn’t forgotten the dogs in all this talk of marketing, media, Bev’s biblical quotes and conspiracy theories. Beverley and her supporters obviously think her reputation and million dollar business is more important than the dogs.
Keep writing to Baw Baw Council and get help for these dogs, they deserve it.

Beverly you exhibit all the traits and characteristics so typical of the ‘seasoned’ puppy farmer – desperate and greedy to the very last. Has it ever occurred to you that maybe you should take a step back and remember why you wanted to work with dogs and horses in the first place. Have you or your mindless followers ever considered the dogs and that maybe the global opinion opposed to you is right and it is in fact you who is wrong. You are obviously so caught up in your own self importance, you still think this about you – again YOU are not important, you are a dime a dozen. Its about the dogs Beverly !
The debarking ‘approach’ is obvioulsy not new, nor the kennel conditions, dog abuse or cruelty. Perhaps the only thing that is new is your increased and insationable greed for the golden dollar, and the united global efforts of good people speaking out to stop you and the cycle of abuse and decption with the RM dogs. No marketing spin will alter the bare truth of exactly what you are – a greedy, cruel and very dishonest commercial PUPPY FARMER with a bank account which reflects your deluded ego. This time there is evidence Beverly, this time your intimidation won’t work, and this time the global opposition won’t be silenced through spin, intimidation or complanceny.
Put your dollars into some bedding and grooming for your dogs – this income you earn is their money not yours.
Yes, Bev is spinning yarn day and night to cover her tracks. Sorry Bev your tracks are too deep and wide to be covered anymore. The world has seen your true nature and the cruelty you have bestowed on your dogs, ummm breeding “breeding machines”. All the biblical quotes won’t absolve you from the cruel practices you have done. Leaving a very pregnant female in a cold, dark nasty prison cell is just your lastest cruel act that you have CONFIRMED yourself on your website. How would you been able to hear her cry or bark from inside that cell that you call a “bedroom”. What about the guardian homes you soooo pioneered, as you claim. I for one am thankful not one penny of mine went to support you. Breeding dogs Bev is NOT a ministry and you are NO minister, just a cruel, egotistical puppy farmer hiding behind biblical quotes and a flashy website full of lies. Well there is one truth, you left FASHION out in the cold.
No-one will hear Fashion cry out for comfort or kindness or just reassurance for her first litter in the cold filthy kennel – Beverly had her voice removed. And what is Fashion’s fate then Beverly ? Traded/sold to the highest bidder ?
Debra you have been through a lot over the last 18 years. I applaud your continuing efforts on the behalf of all the innocent dogs out there where their worth is nothing more than a breeding machine. I know you have seen the worst of humankind and it saddens me to see what people will do for the almighty dollar. You are absolutely 100% right in the fight against mass breeding of dogs when so many of being euthanized in shelters across the world each and every day. I cannot say enough of my appreciation of your work,just that I am behind you 100% and will continue to speak out against this cruel practice you have exposed.

Beverly - you have been exposed and will continue to be exposed. Even the worst in political circles or those you may think can be bought off will run from any association with you at a million miles an hour. No self respecting or credible individual or organisation will ever want any association with Beverly Manners of Rutland Manor. Your legacy will only ever be - MASS CRUELTY, EGO, SELF PRESERVATION & GREED. I don’t know what church or ministry you are associated with, (you may have invented one of those too with you as Minister, Bishop and Pope and of course in charge of the collection plate), but I would think they would also be horrified to know you are one of their flock ! I think most religions groups have a dislike for lies, cruelty, bullies and selfish self interest.
Lisa she is a Seventh Day Adventist and they are not a rich church by any means, but I am sure they would not approve of lying and animal abuse.
There are some who would state that the treatment and ‘ownership’ of animals is validated by religious philosophy given the general belief is one which states that non-human animals do not possess souls.
People interpret religious doctrines to suit themselves and the facts speak loud and clear - that despite many people holdng a belief in a deity, it sure does little to benefit animals. Puppy farming, the killing of animals for meat, dairy farming etc etc indicate that the majority of humans sadly do not empathise with animals.
It says a lot about the morality of a society as how they treat their animals. I am against the cruel commerical raising of animals for food as well, there are other ways. Dogs, however should never be raised commercially for a market to fill, that is puppy farming.
