I was woke up this morning to numerous phone calls all congratulating me on on the success of exposing Rutland Manor, “why, whats she done now” I asked. I was told yet another diversion had been created overnight probably in response to Rutlands Alecia story being published. Ellie’s story was so horrific and simply could not be justified and Bev has remained as silent as her debarked dogs on that topic, so another famous Rutland Manor diversion was in order.
Tegan Park Shania was “stolen” at 11.30 last night by none other than me ! By 1am I had apparently changed my mind and returned her to a neighboring property. Bev and co heard Shania barking in the distance and went to “rescue” her. Now how do you hear a debarked dog barking in the distance? Oh and I apparently ripped the large farm gate of its hinges as a parting gesture. Funny, when Rutlands Alecia was “stolen” the first time years ago, the farm gate was also ripped of its hinges? Of course the dwindling cult followers hung on every word their leader said, when in actual fact Shania was where she always is, locked up in her concrete kennel, miserable and alone. Yet another waste of police time and resources by Rutland Manor.
A desperate woman must call for desperate measures and this is exactly what Beverley is - desperate to save her reputation and her plummeting sales of breeding dogs and puppies. Beverley lost her court case on Thursday against the neighbors. They had taken out an intervention order on Beverley. The police, the magistrate in fact the entire township are fed up with Beverley. After the court case Beverley phoned Animal Liberation Victoria office in a rage demanding to speak to someone in authority as “I am preparing my defamation case”, she also provided us addresses of other puppy farms in the hope she would be left alone. No chance Bev!
Creating diversions is nothing new for puppy farmers in this country. Beverley’s good friend and fellow dog pimp Colin Hamms of ACA puppy farm created what he thought was the best diversion yet when he and his son ran us off the road in 2008 and then jumped on my car bonnet. Didn’t work I fought and won, the magistrate saw through his lies and dismissed all my charges 
ACA puppy farm have now changed their name to Banksia Park Kennels because of all the bad publicity they have received and their plummeting sales.
So dog pimp diversions are nothing new to me, I see them as a sign that our campaign is effective, that the public will not accept or tolerate this cruel treatment of dogs. The bigger the diversion the more successful my campaign. I cannot be ignored, I will not go away. The dogs deserve to be treated as companion animals not primary producers.
Your letters are working, the team at Rutland Manor Exposed have a great site where you can help the dogs at Rutland Manor, including Shania, really escape from this seriously deranged woman, these dogs have suffered enough at that hands of Beverley Manners and its time she was stopped.
We have serious concerns for the well being of the dogs, if Shania can be used in this way then what will happen next, will Rutland Manor harm one of their dogs or shoot one of the dogs and leave the body in the front yard and then blame us? As I said a desperate crazy woman surrounded by equally crazy followers.

Sorry Doodlers for bringing a note of negativity onto the page, but after the drama of last night, and seeing Debra Tranter’s posting on her website today, I am about ready to quit remaining silent about the serious and untrue accusations being published on several hate websites. Within hours of me posting on this chat site about Shania’s disappearance last night Debra Tranter’s hate site posted the usual twisted version of half truths and untruths, and went right over the top, putting in print that I am deranged. The venom is quite extraordinary. And how did she find out so fast what had happened last night?
Also mis-reported was that I had lost my “court case” last Thursday. Interesting to wonder how she knew I was in court just two days before….The TRUTH is that it was a restraining order (certain neighbours whom I am not permitted to name due to the restraining orders) and both side struck a “Mutual Agreement Without Admission of Guilt” which was a fair outcome.
Another lie Debra Tranter claims yet again that I am a friend of Colin Hamms of ACA Breeders. I have told her that i do NOT know Colin Hamms, and that I have only met him briefly quite a few years ago. My daughter had dealings with him but I DID NOT.
I was told a few months ago by Holly who works here, that Colin Hamms had committed suicide to due stresses brought on him by Debra Tranter. When Holly found out that this wasn’t true, she felt awful about having told me this and she tried several times to get Debra Tranter to remove from her site that I had made this up. Tranter refused to remove it.
Further mis-reporting on the Tranter website-
At 2.15 on Friday afternoon I called Animal Liberation Victoria. I spoke quietly, courteously and in friendly tone, asking to speak to someone on committee. I spoke to a woman who called herself “Jo”.
I told Jo that I was preparing the documentation for my defamation lawyer, and before I included Animal Liberation Victoria, I would like to speak to someone in authority to find out if the organization supports the public defamation and illegal actions of their member Debra Tranter or if she was a wild card. I didn’t want to include the organization in the legal suit if they were having trouble with one of their own members.
Jo promised me that the President, who she said was Patty Mark, would call me back that afternoon. She didn’t. Next thing I see is the allegation that I ‘ranted and raged’ or such, and ‘demanded’ this and that etc. Anyone who knows me personally knows that I am not the kind of person who rages and rants, its just not in my character.
It looks like Animal Liberation Victoria may have to be included in the defamation suit after all. I will try to contact Patty Mark one more time. What can you do other than to try and do the right thing? I’m trying my best to be fair.
As for shooting Ellie……I won’t dignify that with a comment.

This woman was given some addresses of some horrific animal cruelty going on and what did she do…. NOTHING to small profile for the likes of her.

It’s amazing how Beverley says the comment about her shooting Ellie doesn’t even warrant a reply. The fact is that the people that were there and saw the dog and puppies at Tegan Park have spoken up to others. It was a set up by her to make out that the dog was stolen by someone else. She didn’t shoot Ellie. She had others do it for her and even posted a reward for her safe return, just like she did with Shania. There is so much that hasn’t come out yet. God has sent this animal activist to punish you Beverley. You can keep praying, but your prayers are past their use by date.

The woman is clearly deranged and very dangerous. It would not surprise me if she harmed one of those dogs or puppies just to gain sympathy. I thought someone like Tracey would actually be speaking out of the truth that she experienced and knows about. Debra consider me one of your”army of followers”.

Over the years I have seen plenty of Rutland Manor diversion, Beverley has certainly perfected this and made it an art form.

As for prosecutions, if Bev doesn’t go for extreme animal cruelty there are plenty of other charges that can and will apply. And those like you have have stood by silent and watched when they should have come forward and spoken up will all answer to a higher authority.

sacha jan - I for one would not be at all surprised if Beverly Manners will be retaining Shania rather then placing her in one of the “forever homes”, although I doubt very much if Shania will be allowed in Beverly’s home. Shania is a sick dog sacha jan - remember she has had a number of litters and a triple mastectomy and is very likely to be on borrowed time. Beverly will not be able to get enough $ for this girl and will certainly not want to spend $ transporting this girl or risk a new owner then losing her very soon afterward or worse, and more incriminating, a Vet completing a full Vet report confirming the condition she is in and the additional damage she has suffered because she has been forced to endure so many litters when she should have been desexed years ago.
No Shania has made Bev a lot of money but she has now outlived her usefulness’s so she she likely die alone in her cold concrete kennel with no comfort and still no care and no bedding.
Or maybe you sacha jan, like Tracey Whyte did, will provide Shania with a loving home and further cover up the evidence for your dishonest and cruel leader !

Shania has been debarked - hard to cover that fact up in a new home.
Some forums are saying Shania was “missing” Friday night, others are saying Saturday night. It seems Bev may have stuffed up the dates to different people in her haste to create this diversion and discredit people in order to take the focus of her and her treatment of the dogs once again. And of course she “forgot” that Shania was debarked when she claimed they heard her barking.
there are too many now that know about Ellie and don’t give a fig that they saw the dog and puppies at Tegan Park first hand. There are so many people sick to death of Beverley and her bullying that they are willing to speak up despite the consequences. There are many many more who are angry that they believed her and stood by her through thick and thin. You’ve been sprung Beverley. Give up.
Soo Angela had dealings with Colin?? Hmmm, didn’t Angela and Bev share breeding dogs over the years. Question, how many dogs came from Colin’s puppy farm and bred into RM/TP breeding lines??
The plot thickens even more - it would seem there is a strong likelyhood that RM and TP have bred with ACA (Banksia Park) dogs and presented them as Labradoodles!!!!!
