Without a doubt dog pimps are cruel, manipulative, cowards that hide behind glossy websites and pet shop windows. Colin Hamms, owner of ACA/Banksia Park puppy farm, is so cowardly he can no longer even talk about his grubby business. We know of no other factory farm that has had to change their name in an attempt to gain public credibility or hire a PR Manager who happens to be the local school teacher. ACA puppy farm recently changed their name to Banksia Park Puppies because of a 25 % decrease in sales they state is due to bad publicity.
Why is Colin in hiding? Why did Colin keep most of the property closed to the public at the recent open day ? A clue might be in what he knows is hidden at the back of his property. What sort of a human looks at man’s best friend and decides to confine it with electric fencing wire, only Colin Hamms the grubbiest, most manipulative dog pimp in Australia.
When confronted about our accusations of electrified pens, ACA Banksia Park puppy farm gave this justification as to why they have decided that dogs are simply worth electrocuting “to prevent dogs escaping and wandering onto the South Gippsland Highway” and then they attempt to con us into believing they have some sense of responsibility by stating “Living this close to the highway it would be completely irresponsible of us to have dogs that can climb out wandering around”. Colin the Australian public thinks it’s completely irresponsible of you to have 1 dog let alone 700!
Yes the dogs do try and climb out, dig out, jump out to escape this hell hole and Colin looks at these animals who are suffering and decides to electrocute them to keep them confined and pregnant in order to boost his bank account.
The pitiful broken spirited dog in the photo at the top of this post will move to a pen like this when she is finished weaning her puppies.
Here she will be impregnated again and moved back to one of 5 shed’s like this one that ACA/Banksia Park puppy farm likes to call “the nurseries”.
And Colin Hamms will tell you over and over and over again he does this because he loves dog’s! He cant even give them fresh water or clean bowls!
Instead of just seeing this
The dogs need us to focus on this, their life.
As you read this post the dogs at ACA/Banksia Park Puppy Farm are receiving electric shocks every time they go near the fence, confined and impregnated over and over and over again. Once they become worn out and can no longer produce puppies they are killed. Disposable dogs.
You can help these dogs, spread the word and tell everyone to NEVER EVER buy a dog from a pet shop. ACA/Banksia Park Puppies supply pet shops all over Australia. All pet shops get their “stock” from puppy farms.
Write to the authorities and tell them to ACT NOW and at the very least remove the electrified wire from the dogs pen’s. There is NO JUSTIFICATION for electrocuting dog’s. We do not know how many dogs may have lost their lives in these electrified pens.

This is truly sickening. It amazes me that they get away with it. Whats wrong with local and state governments!!
Electrocuting dogs in the name of profit, its almost to hard to comprehend.
It states in the preventation of cruelty to animals act 1986 Section 9 - CRUELTY
(1) A person who-
(a) wounds, mutilates, tortures, overrides, overdrives, overworks, abuses,
beats, worries, torments or terrifies an animal; or
(b) loads, crowds or confines an animal where the loading, crowding or
confinement of the animal causes, or is likely to cause, unreasonable
pain or suffering to the animal; or
(c) does or omits to do an act with the result that unreasonable pain or
suffering is caused, or is likely to be caused, to an animal; or
(d) drives, conveys, carries or packs an animal in a manner or position or
in circumstances which subjects or subject, or is likely to subject,
it to unnecessary pain or suffering; or
(e) works, rides, drives or uses an animal when it is unfit for the
purpose with the result that unreasonable pain or suffering is caused
to an animal; or
(f) is the owner or the person in charge of an animal which is confined or
otherwise unable to provide for itself and fails to provide the animal
with proper and sufficient food, drink or shelter; or
(g) sells, offers for sale, purchases, drives or conveys a calf, which
appears to be unfit because of weakness, to be sold or purchased or to
be driven or conveyed to its intended destination; or
(h) abandons an animal of a species usually kept in a state of confinement
or for a domestic purpose; or
(i) is the owner or the person in charge of a sick or injured
animal and unreasonably fails to provide veterinary or other
appropriate attention or treatment for the animal; or
(j) other than in accordance with the
Catchment and Land Protection Act 1994, the Wildlife Act 1975 or the
Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981, intentionally
administers to an animal or lays a bait for the animal containing-
(i) a poison; or
(ii) any other substance which, when administered to that type of animal,
has a harmful effect on the animal; or
(k) uses spurs with sharpened rowels on an animal; or
(l) carries out a prohibited procedure on an animal-
Does that not fall under the councils jurisdiction to investigate? Because i havnt made any of that up its legislated and it sure does remind me of the banksia puppy farm!!
The following is an extract from an interview with Monika Biernacki the founder of Doggie Rescue (NSW), taken from the Pet Rescue site. The group is self funded and supported by volunteers who rescue dogs from pounds and elsewhere, fund their vet work & find them new homes. It says it all !
Abolitionist: But we don’t see pure breeds in pounds very often, do we?
Monika Biernacki: “The one thing I’m seeing more in pounds over the last few years is, yes, we used to see all foxy type dogs and now we are seeing all the puppy-mill designer dogs. These crossbreeds, long coated pretty animals but people are prepared to pay lots of money because they look cute. These sort of dogs have their own issues and that’s what I’m seeing more and more of.
Again, they are being over-bred. They have health issues. They have behavior issues. With puppy-mills they are treated just like farm animals. They haven’t had human interaction. They sit in a glass pen in a pet shop all day. They haven’t had that nurturing and love. They haven’t been with Mummy long enough and all those problems are the end product”.
Need to remember that this rescue group and others are only able to take a proportion of the ‘pound’ dogs. The rest brought into the world by greedy puppy farmers die by lethal injection – disguarded, unloved, frightened and alone and then replaced by more puppy farm dogs.
J’s section is all of the things that puppy farms are doing to their dogs! Ican’t ait until the puppy farm owner is burning in an electrified, small, filthy, urine soaked cage in hell. It’s just not fair on the dogs.
Well said
